Kernow Matters (Dec 2007)All partners in the Children's Trust have undertaken needs assessments in some form in the past and this has now come together in the first multi-agency children and young people's needs assessment, called Kernow Matters, which was used to inform the priority setting for the Children & Young People's Plan 2008-11.
