The Children's Trust updates the needs assessment annually to support the development of key actions within the Children and Young People's Plan in each of our eight strategic priorities. Due to its size, this document has been split into its component chapters for ease of access.

Kernow Matters (Dec 2007)
All partners in the Children's Trust have undertaken needs assessments in some form in the past and this has now come together in the first multi-agency children and young people's needs assessment, called Kernow Matters, which was used to inform the priority setting for the Children & Young People's Plan 2008-11.
